HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

Step One - Sign Up1 — SIGN UP

Whether you have 5 records or 50,000, BSI will build a database based on your existing records. BSI Online can build a completely customized program from the ground up or streamline your existing program, making it more effective and efficient.

Step Two - Notification2 — NOTIFICATION

BSI will send multiple notifications to your water customers informing them of backflow testing requirements. Each notification is customizable with your logo and text, and all mailing costs / postage is covered by BSI.

Step Three - Reporting3 — REPORTING

Upon completion of inspection, the backflow contractor effortlessly enters the test results into BSI Online. The report submittal is completed by paying a $12.95 filing fee per report using a credit card or prepaid account. All test reports are automatically verified for accuracy, and a copy of each report is emailed in real time directly to the Municipality and backflow contractor.

Step Four - Municipal Access4 — MUNICIPAL ACCESS

Each Municipality has personalized, secure, multi-user access to all test reports with real-time data. Once logged in, the user can search, sort, and export any data into an Excel spreadsheet making them GIS compatable. All non-compliant devices can also be reviewed in real-time. Results can be exported and emailed instantly.
