BSI ONLINE - HOW IT WORKS

BSI Online is the only COMPLETE, web-based NFPA 25 ITM tracking system. Easy to use and even easier to sign up, BSI Online will automate and simplify your ITM tracking program. BSI Online is designed to increase compliance with NFPA 25 regulations pertaining to annual testing, inspection and maintenance of fire systems, while more efficiently allocating your most valuable resource – time. BSI Online is available at NO COST to the fire district – guaranteed for the life of your contract.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

Step One - Sign Up1 - SIGN UP

Whether you have 5 records or 50,000, BSI will build a database based on your existing records. BSI Online can build a program from the ground up or streamline your existing program, making it more effective and efficient.

Step Two - Notification2 - NOTIFICATION

BSI will send multiple notifications to those requiring annual inspections. Each notification is customizable with your logo and text, and all mailing costs / postage is covered by BSI.

Step Three - Data Entry3 - DATA ENTRY

Upon completion of inspection, the contractor effortlessly enters the test results into BSI Online. All inspection reports are verified for accuracy, with deficiencies clearly noted.

Step Four - Reporting4 - REPORTING

The contractor completes the report submittal by paying a $15.00 filing fee per report using either a credit card or Paypal. A copy of each report is emailed in real time directly to the jurisdiction and contractor.
